The Lands Tribunal received 40 objections.
What date did the L B of Enfield and objectors submit their evidence?
The Council and objectors submitted their witness statements and evidence on the 10th March 2006 to the Lands Tribunal.
When is the hearing due to commence?
A full hearing is expected to take place later this summer. However once a final date has been agreed by all parties it will be disclosed at a later date.
Who makes the final decision?
The Lands Tribunal will decide whether to allow the modification or not.
Where can I view this evidence?
L B of Enfield’s evidence can be viewed at Palmers Green Library and the B Block reception Civic Centre from 10th March 2006.
