The Future

The aim of the restoring and refurbishing Broomfield house is significant in providing a community resource for all residents, visitors, schools and businesses within the borough and beyond.  The restoration will allow access to areas of unique historical interest and provide material for individual and community education and research.

The current proposals are :

  • To create a space owned by the people of North London
  • Establish  a high standard of physical and intellectual access
  • Create a dedicated education space which can be used by schools and
    colleges alike
  • Introduce life-long learning and family activities and provide a much
needed space for use by a wide variety of community groups

Facilities will also include a gallery, workshops, exhibition rooms and
meeting rooms.
