This one runs and runs. The wheels grind exceeding slow. You may remember that an application had been made to the Lands Tribunal for a modification to the covenants which will allow the restoration of the house to go ahead. You may also know that some people have objected to the change,which means that there will have to be a Lands Tribunal hearing which may not take place until the autumn. Meanwhile the Heritage Lottery Fund have said that it would be less than prudent to proceed - even with the project planning grant that we have applied for - before the covenant change has been secured. Once again, we wait. -------------------------------------------------------
